Fastighetsbyrån: Byrålådan Intranet

Byrålådan is Fastighetsbyrån’s internal intranet, used daily by real estate agents across Sweden. It provides access to tools, resources, and internal communication. In 2017, Creuna was commissioned to deliver a new version with a refreshed design and improved user experience.

Fastighetsbyrån is Sweden’s largest real estate agency, with offices across the country helping people buy and sell homes. Combining local expertise with a strong national presence, the company supports thousands of real estate transactions each year.

The Project

As a front-end developer on the project, I worked on:

• Building React-based pages and components aligned with the new design.
• Implementing Sass for modular, maintainable styling.
• Ensuring the new components integrated seamlessly with the EpiServer CMS (now Optimizely) backend, developed in .NET and C#.

The focus was on creating a modern, responsive front-end that improved usability for agents in both desktop and mobile contexts.

Closing Thought

This was my final project at Creuna before moving on to new opportunities. While I left before completion, I contributed significantly to the front-end implementation and component architecture, helping set the foundation for the new intranet experience.
